If your order has already been sent to its destination, custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through DARCÉ. However you might be able to recover this by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

Making a return or exchange is easy. You have 15 days to decide whether to keep your items. If you wish to return or exchange your merchandise send us an email to customercare@shopdarce.com requesting a returns merchandise authorization form (RMA) and we will provide you with your new shipping label for the return of your merchandise.

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size (if it is available) or edit your billing and shipping details.

However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been places.

DELIVERIES

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES - ECOMMERCE

When shipping locally within Panama and its provinces, only tax applies will be the ITBMS of 7%.

When shipping internationally, you may have to pay import duty depending on what you're shipping and its declared value.

To ensure that the most accurate pricing, taxes and delivery costs are displayed whilst browsing our site, we recommend that you place your exact shipping address on your account or while placing an order.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.

TAXES AND DUTIES - PANAMA:

Panama assesses import duties on an ad valorem basis.  The ad valorem system uses the declared CIF value as the basis for import duty calculations and in some cases utilizes historical price information as a reference. 
In addition to the duty, all imports into Panama are subject to a 7 percent transfer or value added tax (ITBM) levied on the CIF value, plus import duty and other handling charges.  Pharmaceuticals, foods, and school supplies are exempt from the ITBM tax.

If you are selling a product with U.S. content, even if it is being sold through the Colón Free Zone to other countries in Latin America, it is worth documenting the content of origin.  Doing so makes  your products more profitable if sold not only in Panama but through the Colón Free Zone to other countries in Latin America with which the U.S. has a Free Trade Agreement, e.g. Chile, Peru, Colombia, or Dominican Republic.

RETURNS

Making a return or exchange is easy. You have 15 days to decide whether to keep your items. Shipping charges are your responsibility. Customers outside the Panama are responsible for taxes and duties.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all DARCÉ garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Repeated Returns:

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your DARCÉ account or future orders being refused.

Late Returns:

Your purchase should be sent back to us within 15 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.

Clothing:

Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all DARCÉ garment tags still attached.

Pre-Order Items:

As these items are made-to-order, you may only return this items after 7 days of receiving your order. Reasons for this returns may only be if the item was delivered damage or did not met your expectations and were considered "faulty".

Faulty goods:

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 15 days from the date you received it. If you have owned your item for longer than this, and certainly over 3 months, we may not accept your return.

Colors:

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the DARCÉ webpage as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.

Final Sale:

During our sale clearance, products marked as Sale Must-Have cannot be returned or exchanged.

Should you need to return your purchase, you have 15 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return, book your complimentary collection and have your items sent back to us.

Please follow the steps below to return your purchase.

Send us an email to customercare@shopdarce.com and send us the order number containing the items you would like to return and requesting a returns merchandise authorization form (RMA) and we will provide you with your new shipping label for the return of your merchandise. On this form you will need to address the reason for return. If you would like to exchange an item, choose your replacement size and mention that on the sent form.
Check the box to agree with our Returns Policy. You will then receive an email including your returns instructions and details about the next steps to take.
Arrange a free collection with the shipping carrier that delivered your purchase or drop your shipment off at your local DHL store or at any DHL facility. For DHL, book your collection online or over the phone:
- Refer to the DHL link provided in the returns email. Enter your 10 digit waybill number located under the barcode of your printed returns label that appears as “WAYBILL XX XXXX XXXX”. Review your details and select a convenient date and time for collection.

- Visit dhl.com and select your country to find the relevant telephone number. Remember to quote our account number found in the returns email.

To ensure a more effective return, please send it back from the same country it was delivered to. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges and be delayed in customs.

We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. You can return using any secure means, but we may not accept liability. Please email customercare@shopdarce.com if you intend to do this and send your purchase to the following address:
